Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ValPress Market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the marketplace.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account, purchase products, or sell on the marketplace. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

When you register, you agree to:

Marketplace Use

ValPress Market connects developers who sell themes and plugins with customers who purchase licenses. You agree not to:

• Upload malicious code, infringing content, or material that violates applicable laws.
• Circumvent license restrictions, payment systems, or security measures.
• Misrepresent your identity, products, or affiliation with ValPress.
• Harass, abuse, or interfere with other users or platform operations.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access to the marketplace without permission.

Developer Submissions

Developers who submit products agree that:

• They own or have the rights to distribute all submitted content.
• Products are subject to review and may be approved, rejected, or removed at our discretion.
• Pricing, licensing terms, and product metadata must be accurate and not misleading.
• They will provide reasonable support and updates as described in their product listings.

Purchases and Licenses

When you purchase a product, you receive a license as described on the product page. Unless otherwise stated:

• Licenses are granted for use on the number of sites specified at purchase.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased products except as permitted by the license.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The ValPress Market name, branding, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. Product intellectual property remains with the respective developers. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The marketplace and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValPress Market and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
